I am someone who relies heavily on acts of consistency, determination and practice in order to achieve success. Setting a goal, comprising methods and steps of achieving this goal, is an efficient way of meeting the needs of a student. As someone who once needed tuition, I understand the fear that students may have, when asking for help, and in order to combat this, I plan to have a personal relationship with the students, in order for them to feel more comfortable when asking for help, which increases the chances of them understanding concepts and gaining knowledge.
